The ACERTYJO Recommendation Program does not constitute an investment, an employment offer, nor does it guarantee income of any kind.
This program is a system of recognition and commercial compensation for effective recommendations of the platform, subject to specific conditions, verification, and compliance with these Terms.
The results and amounts that a User may receive are not guaranteed and depend on factors such as their dedication, the genuine interest of the people they recommend, the continuity of active memberships, and external conditions.
Participation in this program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or representation between the User and ACERTYJO.
Compensation under the Program is based exclusively on the actual sale and renewal of active memberships of the Platform and not on the mere act of recruiting or registering new Users.
The Program does not reward the mere act of recruiting individuals nor the creation of organizational structures. Recognition is generated solely from active memberships that have been effectively paid and verified.
There is no automatic right to receive recognition. All calculations are subject to validation, verification, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING REFERENCES (REF)
For purposes of this Program, references identified as REF are used solely to identify the origin of a User’s registration on the Platform.
The Platform may display the term “Referrals” within the User’s dashboard, reports, or other interface modules solely as a visual label to identify recommended Users.
Such references do not constitute an organizational network, hierarchical structure, formal multi-level system, employment relationship, partnership, investment, nor do they generate automatic economic rights other than those expressly established and approved in accordance with the current conditions of this Recommendation Program and the ACERTYJO Terms and Conditions.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDATION PROGRAM?
At ACERTYJO, we recognize Users who recommend the Platform voluntarily, honestly, and responsibly.
An ACERTYJO membership grants access to a digital platform of logic games and entertainment. The primary value of the service is access to the Platform itself, independently of participation in the Recommendation Program.
Participation in this Program is completely optional. Any User may use the Platform without participating in the Recommendation Program and without inviting other individuals.
This program is designed to value active participation and meaningful contribution to the growth of the community through real monetary compensation based on effectively paid memberships, without constituting an investment or guaranteeing future income.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each registered User receives a personal recommendation link.
When a person registers through your link and purchases a membership, they will be associated with your account as a direct referral, as long as they maintain an active membership.
The system also recognizes individuals invited by your referrals, and those subsequently invited by them, up to a maximum of three additional levels of depth.
The existence of additional levels does not imply hierarchy, subordination, ownership, control, or rights over other Users, nor does it create any organizational structure.
In all cases, any economic recognition is conditioned upon:
- the membership having been effectively paid;
• the absence of fraud, abuse, refunds, or chargebacks;
• the User’s compliance with these Terms and ACERTYJO Policies.
RECOGNITION STRUCTURE
Recognition is distributed as follows:
- Direct referrals: 10%
• First additional level: 10%
• Second additional level: 10%
• Third additional level: 10%
Percentages are calculated solely on the value of each referred User’s active membership, according to the price in effect at the time of payment.
There is no limit to the number of direct referrals you may have.
The only established limit is the maximum depth of up to three additional levels beyond your direct referral.
ACERTYJO reserves the right to modify these percentages, levels, or conditions at any time, for operational, regulatory, or commercial reasons, for future periods, without creating vested rights over future structures.
ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP CONDITION
Eligibility to receive full recognition depends on the status of your membership at the time of the weekly cutoff.
✅ With active membership:
You receive recognition for:
• Direct referrals
• Up to three additional levels
❌ Without active membership (up to 60 consecutive days):
• Only the direct referral level is recognized
• No amounts are generated from additional levels
• Amounts do not accumulate, are not stored, and are not paid retroactively
The system resets and recalculates weekly based on membership status and compliance with the applicable conditions.
GENERATION OF RECOGNITION
Recognition is generated only when a referral:
- activates their membership for the first time; or
• purchases a new membership period.
Recognition is not generated for:
- inactive accounts;
• unpaid memberships;
• reversed, disputed, or chargeback payments;
• activities considered fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to these Terms.
PAYMENTS AND CUT-OFFS
- The system performs weekly cutoffs for the calculation of generated amounts.
• Approved amounts may be reflected in the internal dashboard the week following the cutoff period, once necessary verifications have been completed.
• ACERTYJO may establish minimum payout amounts, available payment methods, timelines, and settlement schedules.
• The display of amounts in the dashboard does not by itself guarantee payment until verification, compliance, and approval processes have been completed by ACERTYJO.
• Any payment is subject to:
o identity verification, if required;
o compliance with tax obligations by the User;
o applicable legal regulations in the User’s jurisdiction.
ACCESS WITHOUT ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP
If your membership is not active (and no more than 60 consecutive days have elapsed):
- You may access your dashboard.
• You may view your recommendation history.
• You do not have access to the games.
• Only the direct level is recognized, and only if program conditions permit and your account has not been suspended.
SUSPENSION DUE TO INACTIVITY
If an account remains without an active membership for more than 60 consecutive days, participation in the Recommendation Program may be automatically suspended.
This implies:
- No recognition will be received at any level.
• No amounts will be generated.
• New registrations made during the suspension period will not generate any recognition.
The account may be reactivated by renewing the membership and complying with current conditions; however, this does not imply retroactive recovery of amounts not generated.
RULES OF CONDUCT
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Promise or guarantee income to third parties.
• Present the program as an investment, financial business, or “easy money.”
• Advertise guaranteed earnings or assured results.
• Use misleading advertising or confusing messaging.
• Pressure, manipulate, or coerce individuals into participating.
• Falsify information, identities, or statements.
Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or removed from the program, and even from the Platform, without right to indemnification.
