ACERTYJO provides immediate access to digital services and online content through a membership.
For this reason, once payment has been processed and access to the Platform has been enabled, no refunds are issued for change of mind, failure to use the service, or differences in the User’s personal expectations.
The purchase of the membership is for a single payment per period and does not imply automatic renewal.
EXCEPTIONS
ACERTYJO may review and, where applicable, authorize refunds only in the following cases:
• duplicate charges made in error;
• unrecognized charges verified as improper;
• a proven technical inability to access the Platform attributable to ACERTYJO during the membership period and not resolved within a reasonable timeframe;
• any other circumstance in which applicable law expressly requires it.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Amounts generated, accumulated, or displayed in connection with the Referral Program do not constitute automatic payments or refunds, and are subject to verification, validation, and approval in accordance with ACERTYJO’s Terms and Conditions and other applicable legal documents.
The withholding, cancellation, or reversal of such amounts as a result of fraud, system abuse, chargebacks, technical errors, or breach of applicable policies shall not be considered a refund and shall not create any right to additional compensation.
REFUND REQUEST
To request case review, the User must write to:
support@acertyjo.com
within 7 days after the charge, explaining the situation and providing the necessary information.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
The User may cancel their membership at any time from their account.
Cancellation:
• stops future charges, if any;
• does not entitle the User to refunds for periods already started.
FINAL DECISION
The approval or denial of any refund shall be at ACERTYJO’s sole discretion, in accordance with this Refund Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and applicable law.
ACCEPTANCE
By making payment for a membership, the User declares that they have read and accepted this Refund Policy.
